Multi Tasking role which includes breakfast assistant 7-9 moving into house keeping and finishing between 12-15:00

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve breakfast with promptness, attentiveness, and a friendly attitude
• Take and deliver guest orders accurately, ensuring dietary preferences and special requests are accommodated
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas before, during, and after service
• Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort
• Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and breakfast items to ensure smooth operations
• Respond swiftly to guest requests or concerns to enhance their overall experience
• Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• House Keeping in rooms

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Strong communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and cleaning
• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is advantageous for maintaining cleanliness standards
• Attention to detail to ensure rooms and dining areas meet quality expectations
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From £12.77 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
