Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Cumbria Park Hotel in Carlisle. This role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction, contributing significantly to our mission of providing outstanding hospitality.
Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications * Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
