Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a lively, welcoming attitude. Your role is vital in creating memorable dining moments, ensuring guests feel valued and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are celebrated. This position might start out part-time, but grow to full-time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional introduction to the menu and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are correct.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, but will train the right candidate
• A positive attitude and a smile to every guest a MUST!
• Team player
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar platforms for order entry and transaction processing preferred.
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. This is a non-negotiable.

Pay: From $10.98 per hour
