Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast offerings, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards and dietary guidelines.
• Assist with food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Set up dining areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and supplies for breakfast service.
• Support catering and banquet events with food preparation, serving, and cleanup as needed.
• Operate laundry equipment efficiently to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and guest clothing items.
• Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries related to breakfast or laundry services promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly preferred.
• Fine dining or restaurant experience will be advantageous in delivering high-quality service standards.
• Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation practices is essential.
• Knowledge of catering or banquet operations enhances your ability to support large events smoothly.
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be beneficial for breakfast service.
• Dietary aide or food industry experience demonstrates your understanding of special dietary needs and food accommodations.
