Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including buses, limousines, or paratransit vans, to transport guests and staff between designated locations.
• Deliver breakfast supplies and meals promptly to various departments or external locations as needed.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Load and unload heavy items such as catering supplies or luggage, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger counts, and vehicle mileage for record-keeping purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns professionally.

Experience

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus driving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or chauffeur's license is a plus.
• Familiarity with driver standards, limousine services, or heavy-duty vehicle operation is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members.
• Experience in customer service roles that require professionalism and positive engagement.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling supplies or luggage safely.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures to ensure safety and reliability during operations.
