Breast Surgeon

For our client, we are seeking a Breast Surgeon to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will support high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes while strengthening the systems and habits that support durable performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Norristown, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of breast surgical procedures
• Participate in tumor board discussions
• Provide outstanding patient-centered care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain a dedicated outpatient clinic and OR block time

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Breast Surgery
• Fellowship training in breast surgery preferred
• Strong experience in breast surgical procedures
• Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care
• Basic knowledge of Cerner EMR
