THE SCIENTIST

Deep expertise in plant breeding, genetics, quantitative genetics and line development. Someone who understands the science behind genetic gain and knows how to turn it into superior germplasm.

THE INNOVATOR

Someone who looks beyond conventional breeding approaches. Who embraces genomics, genomic selection, modern phenotyping and data-driven tools to improve selection accuracy and accelerate breeding progress.

THE BUSINESS-MINDED BREEDER

Someone who connects breeding decisions with market needs. Who can turn complex scientific insights into a compelling product story, influence stakeholders across R&D and Marketing, and independently drive a breeding pipeline from crossing to commercial success.

Because scientific excellence matters.

But so does knowing which products to advance, which opportunities to pursue and how to turn superior genetics into market impact.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage a breeding program — but takes ownership of what it delivers.

If you have at least 5 years of vegetable breeding experience, a strong track record of delivering commercially successful varieties, and the curiosity to explore what comes next, we'd love to hear from you.
