Brewery Canning Line Lead Operator - Weekend

Summary

Brewery X is seeking an experienced beverage canning line operator. We currently run a CODI line with dual 6 head in-line counter pressure fillers. Operators with experience from any beverage industry are welcome and encouraged to apply.

The Brewery X Canning Line Lead Operator role is a full-time hourly position, and we expect that the BX Production team member will set a superior standard for quality, consistency, work ethic, and company culture. They are expected to treat the production area and workspace as their own and ensure that all products are packaged to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Brewery X safety regulations and processes.
• Operate and perform functions assigned for canning line operation
• Perform proper cleaning and sanitation practices for the production area.
• Follow set up protocol for canning
• Following daily canning schedules
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Represent Brewery X positively.

• Minimum One Year beverage canning line operation experience
• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be flexible when it comes to working overtime for business demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong work ethic
• Solution based thinking
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lift 55lbs+.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable transportation to work.
