Brick Layer - Long term Ongoing! ASAP Start!

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Civil Labourer / Bricklayer to join a construction and remediation project in Lakemba.

The successful candidate will assist with general civil construction, bricklaying, sandstone removal and storage, trenching, manual handling and other site duties.

Key Responsibilities

• General civil and construction laboring duties
• Bricklaying and masonry-related tasks
• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Carefully removing, handling and storing sandstone blocks
• Assisting with remediation and construction activities
• Working in trenches and confined work areas
• Assisting trades and the wider site team as required
• Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Following all site safety procedures and requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' solid labouring experience
• Minimum 3 years' bricklaying experience
• Previous civil construction and/or trenching experience
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
• Confined Space (Willingness to get one)
• Working at Heights (Willingness to get one)
• Reliable transport
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work
