Bricking Improver Required – Immediate Start

Ethan Washington Brickwork is looking for a young, hardworking and experienced bricking improver to join our team.

We are looking for someone who already has experience on site and understands how a bricklaying gang works. You don’t need to be a fully qualified bricklayer, but you must be confident with the basics and able to keep up with the pace of work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bricking improver
• Valid CSCS card required
• Must have your own basic tools
• Good understanding of bricklaying and site work
• Hardworking, reliable and punctual
• Quick learner with a good attitude
• Able to keep the work area clean and organised
• Comfortable working as part of a bricklaying gang
• Willing to learn and develop your bricklaying skills

We are looking for someone who wants to progress their skills and become a better bricklayer. There is potential for ongoing work for the right person.
