Brick Mason / Bricklayer – Residential New Construction

First Continental Construction is hiring experienced Brick Masons / Bricklayers for residential new-construction projects in the Houston, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dependable, experienced workers who can produce quality work while maintaining a good production pace. Our projects primarily consist of brick and stone installation on new residential homes.

Responsibilities

• Lay brick and stone according to plans and specifications
• Maintain straight, level, clean masonry work
• Mix and work with mortar properly
• Install flashing, ties, lintels, and other masonry components as required
• Read measurements and understand basic residential plans
• Maintain production while meeting quality standards
• Keep the jobsite organized and clean
• Work effectively with helpers, crew leaders, and project management

Requirements

• Previous brick masonry experience required
• Residential new-construction experience strongly preferred
• Experience installing brick and stone
• Reliable transportation to jobsites
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical construction work
• Must take pride in workmanship and productivity

Masonry Helpers – Experience preferred, but hardworking candidates willing to learn may be considered.

Lead Mason / Crew Leader – Must have strong residential masonry experience and the ability to manage workers, maintain production, and ensure quality.

Established Masonry Crews – Experienced crews interested in subcontracting opportunities may also contact us. Crews must have proven experience with volume residential new construction.
