We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bricklayer to join our dynamic construction team. As a Bricklayer, you will be instrumental in constructing, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials. Your expertise will help ensure that all masonry work is executed with precision, safety, and quality at the forefront. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine project specifications and layout
• Lay bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials with accuracy and attention to detail
• Mix mortar and apply it effectively for bonding bricks or stones securely in place
• Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) as needed for structural support in concrete or masonry projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to facilitate construction activities
• Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces for durability and aesthetic appeal
• Build masonry structures such as walls, facades, fireplaces, retaining walls, and other architectural features with precision

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bricklaying or masonry work with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• Hands-on experience with concrete forming, stone masonry, plastering,
• Ability to operate hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills and saws; heavy equipment like forklifts or cranes when necessary
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure work environment
• Skills in interpreting blueprint specifications accurately for precise execution of masonry tasks
• Excellent physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy materials, climbing scaffolds or ladders throughout the workday

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
