Bridal Sales Advisor

Career Progression:

• Initial 3 Months (Evening Gowns): After probation period, will transition to Basic Salary + Personal Commission, serving evening gown clients with an expected take-home of RM 5,000 per month.
• Advancement to Bridal: Upon establishing a proven sales track record and styling proficiency, you will advance to handling our premium bridal clients, raising your total earnings to RM 8,000 per month through higher personal commission.

Main tasks:

• Assist customers in selecting suitable gowns and accessories.
• Provide professional styling advice and product recommendations.
• Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience from consultation to closing sales.
• Handle booking and fitting arrangements.
• Work closely with the team to maintain showroom standards.
• Support day-to-day store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Working hours

Weekdays 11:30am-9pm

Weekends 9am-7pm

1 offday per week on weekdays
