Luxe Redux Bridal, a sample designer bridal boutique, is seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead our growing team.

As a Store Manager, you'll lead all aspects of boutique operations, develop and motivate your team, drive sales performance, oversee daily business operations, and ensure every bride receives an exceptional experience while achieving individual and store sales goals.

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

Average 40 hours per week

Open availability to support the needs of the boutique, including weekends, evenings, and additional days as needed to support staffing and business needs, is expected.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 3 years of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in bridal, fashion, luxury, or specialty retail
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and manage store performance metrics
• Excellent coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• A polished appearance that represents our luxury bridal brand
• The ability to lead by example, hold a team accountable, and create a high-performing team culture
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends
