Bridge Construction Supervisor

About the Role

As a Structural Infrastructure Lead, you will spearhead field operations to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of bridge construction and maintenance projects. You will serve as a key leader, driving project success through meticulous planning, team mentorship, and rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations, ensuring all activities align with project timelines and safety protocols.
• Manage logistics, including the coordination of sub-contractors, material procurement, and equipment deployment to maintain project momentum.
• Provide hands-on leadership to field crews, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability.
• Oversee site compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks to ensure structural integrity.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and field staff to resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Monitor site progress and adjust scheduling as necessary to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in heavy civil or bridge construction.
• Proven track record in a supervisory capacity, such as Foreman or Superintendent.
• Current OSHA 10 certification and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
