What they need
- Oversee and manage the design, construction, and maintenance of bridges.
- Develop and implement bridge design plans, specifications, and construction methods.
- Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for bridge projects.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian Legislation for bridges), including health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure that all requirements are met.
- Review and identify any potential issues or concerns.
- Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to senior management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including site supervisors and construction workers.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Knowledge of structures in precasted beams, boxed girders, steel deck and/or mixed structures.
- Requires knowledge in the Civil building’s construction (structure, architecture, hydraulics skills).
