What they need
- Responsible for supervising and managing bridge construction activities, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in bridge construction and structural works.
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and project specifications.
- Supervise foundation, piling, pier, abutment, girder, deck, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper execution of construction activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and other project personnel.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, measurements, and other required technical documents.
- Identify and resolve technical and construction issues at the project site.
- Ensure compliance with quality control, safety procedures, and applicable engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to site engineers, foremen, and construction workers.
- Perform other engineering and project-related duties as assigned by management.
