About the role: As WSP continues to strengthen its Bridge capability in Hong Kong, we are expanding our team and seeking talented professionals across multiple experience levels.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the planning, design, assessment, and delivery of bridge infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural analysis, engineering calculations, technical studies, and prepare design reports.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, tender documents, and other technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, government authorities, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Support project delivery activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in site inspections, construction support, and technical reviews where required.
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks and technical challenges.
• Contribute to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions for bridge and transportation projects.
• Support proposal preparation, technical submissions, and business development activities as opportunities arise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in bridge, structural, or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of bridge engineering principles, structural analysis, and design practices.
• Experience within consultancy organisations is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant engineering design software and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• For Engineer: Chartered qualification or progress toward professional accreditation is an advantage.
• For Senior Engineer/ Principal Engineer / Associate: Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification is required.
