What they need
Boutique commercial litigation law firm seeks a junior to mid level briefing attorney. Trial motion practice; some appeals. Candidate will have a desire to be hands-on pretrial and trial briefs and will have the opportunity to argue motions etc.
Responsibilities
- Support motion practice
- Assist as needed during oral argument, including at-trial 3rd chair support as relates to trial briefs
- Appellate briefs as they arise
Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good tenure
- Strong writing samples
- Ability to work on-site; location is near downtown, Houston, TX - gorgeous space!
