Programming Coordinator

-Validating metadata in one system, Translator VOD, against details in salesforce for domestic vod. Approving orders as long as they are validated correctly. Meticulous checking and can perform minor updates for this workflow, otherwise issues get flagged back to brand owners.

-Monitor tickets coming in from our delivery partner for domestic VOD- do some light checking in the system, replying back to emails in and TEAMS during shift, also flags certain things to support DLs.

-Taped content FAST channel scheduling- operator are provided a schedule for assigned networks, schedule the channels out. Validate monthly that details are viewed prior to starting next month (some channels never change and schedule top to bottom, some are more complex).

-HOURS- can vary, ideally off hours and weekend help us offset. Some work can be done during east coast normal business hours, but real need is overnight ex 2a-11aET.

Programming Specialist

-More complex- ushering orders through our Translator VOD environment for studio fulfillment. Requires more free thinking, replying to certain partners for urgent issues- may require calling/escalating to leaders if nearing SLA impact.

-Creates support tickets, leaving notes in orders, working through various complexities in orders- doing research for ids, assigning to orders. This work is more hands on, we do a lot of training but this is less repeatable work than the above.

-HOURS- this is also more of a need for off hours and weekend, we work with partners in London here the are very appreciative of having operators in the same timezone, Mon-Fri, and then weekends are more flex but we have resource needs there as well.
