About the role

A detail-oriented and proactive Broadcasting Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth execution of RWS Muay Thai live broadcasts for audiences worldwide. This role serves as the key coordination point between production teams, broadcast partners, and international stakeholders to deliver seamless live event operations. As live broadcasting is time-critical, this position requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee live broadcasting operations to ensure RWS Muay Thai events are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
• Act as the primary coordinator between internal production teams and international broadcast partners before, during, and after live events.
• Monitor broadcast readiness, schedules, technical coordination, and operational checklists throughout each event.
• Ensure timely communication regarding broadcast information, fight card updates, transmission details, and operational changes.
• Work closely with production, technical, operations, and external broadcasting teams to resolve real-time issues during live broadcasts.
• Maintain accurate broadcast documentation, reports, and operational records.
• Leverage AI tools to improve coordination, documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or related fields are a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in broadcasting, live event coordination, project coordination, media operations, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced live event environments.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Calm and composed under live-event pressure.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Excellent communicator across multicultural teams.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
• Must be available to work evenings and late hours.
• Saturday is mandatory, as RWS live broadcasts typically conclude around 10:00 PM, and the coordinator is expected to remain on duty until broadcast operations are fully completed.
