Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Broker to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships from initial contact through completion of the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

* Source and introduce potential clients and opportunities.

* Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate transactions.

* Follow up with clients and ensure a smooth process from start to completion.

* Maintain a strong professional network and generate new leads.

* Achieve individual business and revenue targets.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Broker, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar role.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.

* Results-oriented and commercially minded.

* Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities.

* Professional communication skills in English.

* Additional languages are an advantage.
