As a Broker, you'll support the placement and servicing of client and prospective client accounts while working closely with Account Managers, Producers, and insurance carriers. You'll play an important part in delivering solutions for clients, building insurer relationships, and helping ensure a high standard of service across the account lifecycle.

You'll have the opportunity to deepen your market knowledge, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and develop a broad understanding of client needs and insurance placements.

How You'll Make An Impact In this role, you'll help manage a portfolio of client accounts by supporting marketing, placement, and service activities. You'll work with insurers to identify suitable solutions, maintain strong carrier relationships, and help ensure client enquiries are handled efficiently. You'll also support clients with claims, billing, and administrative matters, helping to deliver a seamless experience while working closely with Account Managers and Producers.

Your day-to-day work will include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, following company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the continued success of the team and its clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the management of client and prospective client accounts.
• Building and maintaining relationships with insurance carriers.
• Assisting with client service enquiries, claims, billing, and account administration.
• Supporting marketing and placement activities for client accounts.
• Following company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

About You Here's what you'll bring to the role:

• Experience within insurance, broking, carrier placements, or a related financial services environment.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to agreed deadlines while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Experience working independently and completing tasks using established processes and guidance.
• The ability to explain information clearly to clients, insurer partners, and colleagues through conversations, emails, and presentations.
• Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional insurance qualifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI, or similar.
• A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, clients, and insurer partners.
