The BROKER MANAGER is responsible for recruiting, accrediting, training, and managing a network of licensed real estate brokers to drive sales for I-Land’s projects. The role focuses on developing broker relationships, implementing sales strategies and incentive programs, monitoring broker performance and providing ongoing sales support. The Broker Manager serves as the key link between I-Land and its broker network, ensuring strong broker engagement, increased sales productivity, and achievement of company sales targets.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
