About the role
The Broker Network Director is responsible for leading and expanding the company's broker network group. This position oversees broker recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management, ensuring brokers are well-supported and aligned with company standards and objectives.

About you
- Proven experience in real estate brokerage management, network development, or a similar leadership role in sales or distribution channels
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience in mentoring, performance oversight, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with brokers and senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and broker performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Licensed Broker is a MUST
