Broker Support Associate

We are currently working with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a Broker Support Associate to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of service and support to brokers, ensuring queries and requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Manage new account opening and account related queries.
• Liaise with internal operations teams to support broker and client requirements.
• Maintain and update broker and client pipelines and relevant management information.
• Support Account Managers while developing strong knowledge across pensions and investment products.

Requirements:

• APA or QFA qualified
• Degree in business, finance or a related discipline
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good numerical skills
