About the Role:
As a Broker Support Consultant you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of residential home loan applications from brokers. You’ll liaise with brokers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless experience from submission to settlement. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a genuine passion for customer service.

You’ll be empowered to:

• Manage broker relationships and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint
• Take ownership of loan applications and follow through to completion
• Proactively resolve escalations and prioritise workloads
• Collaborate with Credit, Processing, and Sales teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in mortgage lending, processing or lending support
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, credit principles, and broker operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset and team-first attitude
