Brokerage Agent

• Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related course

• Preferably with 2–3 years of experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or import/export operations

• Familiar with Bureau of Customs (BOC) procedures and customs clearance processes

• Knowledgeable in import/export documentation and applicable permit

• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly in dealing with clients, customs brokers, BOC offices, shipping lines, and other parties

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of monitoring multiple shipments and deadlines

• Able to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive transactions

• Honest, reliable, and professional

• Willing to conduct BOC, port, or warehouse transactions when required

• Customs Broker license
