Brokerage Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and monitoring of import shipments.
• Coordinate with clients, customs brokers, shipping lines, truckers, and port operators.
• Monitor customs clearance, shipment release, and delivery status.
• Check and organize shipment and customs documents.
• Follow up on pending requirements and shipment concerns.
• Prepare and update shipment monitoring reports and records.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities of the brokerage team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration, Business Administration, or related courses.
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
