BROKERAGE CALLER

Roles and Responsibilities

1.     Check and monitor arrival details and stripping status.
2.     Request billing from (Forwarder, SLines, Airlines, CoLoader, Master Loader, Warehousing Charges) + demurrage, detention rate, and container deposit
3.     Arrange and submit docs for SLines, Forwarder (including BIR Form 2307 if applicable)
4.     Coordinates with messengers
5.     Use the existing logbook for CA and PRM request.
6.    Encoder, monitor and update the report
7.     Ensure Receipts of Delivery Order and Container Release Order.
8.     Check accuracy of Official Receipts.
9.     Monitor Official Receipts and submit to Transmittal.

BROKERAGE TRANSMITTAL

Roles and Responsibilities

1)    Check attachment of liquidation.

2)    Prepare PRM of trucker.

3)    Prepare EIR and OR of container deposit.

4)    Levi’s report (for billing purposes).

5)    Scanning of documents (for closing of job file).

·         Includes scanning of documents for Levi’s (WPXT).

6)    Transmittal of liquidation.

·         Additional: assist in the monitoring of Official Receipts.
