Hardinger Brokerage is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused LTL Client Service Representative to serve as the essential link between our clients and their selected carriers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels in multitasking.

You’ll support clients with time-sensitive freight pickup requests, quotes, shipment tracking, and special accommodations, delivering seamless logistics solutions with a professional and proactive approach.

What You’ll Do

• Track and trace LTL shipments daily to ensure on-time delivery
• Notify clients of delays, issues, or changes in delivery expectations
• Communicate client requirements clearly to carriers (e.g., liftgate needs, guaranteed deliveries)
• Provide accurate, timely quotes tailored to client requests
• Review and validate client shipping entries before deadlines
• Work closely with Sales to ensure exceptional service and resolution
• Approve or dispute carrier invoices based on accuracy
• Manage aging reports and send updates to clients with outstanding invoices
