What You’ll Do

As our Brokerage Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth and compliant customs transactions. You’ll manage a team of licensed brokers and documentation specialists to guarantee efficient cargo clearance and client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day brokerage operations for both import and export shipments
• Ensure compliance with BOC (Bureau of Customs) rules, regulations, and documentation standards
• Liaise with customs officers, clients, and internal departments to expedite clearances
• Monitor KPI performance and implement process improvements
• Lead, coach, and develop brokerage staff for operational excellence
• Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure top-notch service delivery

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with both technical expertise and leadership drive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or related field
• Licensed Customs Broker (required)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in customs brokerage, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• In-depth knowledge of BOC systems, import/export procedures, and current trade regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities
