Brokerage Operations Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily brokerage-related activities. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing relationships with partners, and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily brokerage operations.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor transactions and ongoing files.
• Develop and implement effective operational procedures.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in brokerage operations management or a related field.
• Good understanding of operational processes and brokerage industry issues.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $52,042.52-$125,838.01 per year
