Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through corporate, SME and retail clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Handle insurance products across Life / Health / General Insurance, depending on the business segment.
• Generate leads through references, networking, market visits and existing client relationships.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, policy issuance and servicing.
• Compare insurance plans, coverage, premiums and benefits from multiple insurers based on client requirements.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate with insurers to obtain suitable terms and pricing for clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and policy issuance.
• Ensure timely renewal follow-ups and premium collections.
• Focus on client retention, renewals and cross-selling/up-selling of insurance products.
• Maintain regular follow-up for pending documents, medicals, underwriting and policy requirements.
• Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing and claims-related support.
• Maintain accurate MIS, sales pipeline and business reports.
