Brow Artist

Casual Brow Artist — Immediate Start | Brow Lust, Hendra

Brow Lust is Brisbane's Premium Brow and Lash Studio, and we're looking for a Casual Brow Artist to join our team — immediate start.

This isn't just a job for us, and it shouldn't be for you either. We're after someone who's genuinely obsessed with Brows and Lashes, takes pride in their craft, and is always looking to sharpen their skills rather than coast on what they already know.

This role starts as a casual position, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right person.

You'll need to:

• Have solid experience in Brow and Lash services (sculpting, tinting, lamination, lash lifts or similar)
• Be a true team player — supportive, reliable, and easy to work alongside
• Manage your own day with confidence
• Bring a positive attitude even when the studio is full and the day is moving fast
• Thrive under pressure in a busy salon environment
• Have a genuine drive to learn, grow, and be the best at what you do

What you'll get in return:

• A supportive, close-knit team who actually have each other's backs
• An owner who's invested in her team — not just the bottom line
• Ongoing team training to keep your skills sharp and your technique on point
• Regular team events because we believe in celebrating wins together
• A studio culture built on precision, artistry, and nine years of doing this properly

If you're an artist who takes their work seriously and wants to be part of a team that does the same, we'd love to hear from you.
