Brow /Lash Technician

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Eyelash and Brow Specialist with a strong background in eyelash extensions and a dedication to outstanding client service. In this role, you will enhance our clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions, brow threading, waxing, and tinting, while creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Your hospitality and retail sales skills will help deliver a memorable experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• be able to perform eyelash extension, Lash Lift and Tint. Brow services such as Brow Waxing, threading, Brow Lift and Tit applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on aftercare and maintenance of eyelash and Brow services.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at least of 2 years as an Eyelash/ Brow Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of eyelash extension and Brows techniques and products.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Experience in hospitality or retail sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness according to health standards.
• A passion for beauty services, including, nail care, and body waxing is a plus.
• Must possess relevant certifications or licenses as required by Provence regulations.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
