We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Brow Technician to join our team at Slay Salon.

This is an employed position working as part of the Slay Salon team. You will provide professional brow treatments to salon clients while representing the Slay Salon brand and maintaining our treatment standards.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident and experienced in:

• Brow threading
• Brow waxing
• Brow lamination
• Brow tinting
• Brow mapping and shaping
• Creating clean, precise and personalised brow designs

Minimum 3 years’ professional experience required.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional brow treatments to Slay Salon clients
• Carry out consultations and brow mapping
• Create personalised brow shapes to suit each client
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow Slay Salon’s treatment standards and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional salon environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in brow treatments
• Relevant brow qualifications/training
• Confident with threading, waxing, lamination, tinting and mapping
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, reliable and punctual
• Friendly and confident with clients
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about brows and the beauty industry
