BRP Supervisor

The BRP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing body repair and paint operations, ensuring high-quality repair work, timely completion, and customer satisfaction. The role involves workshop management, supplier and contractor coordination, insurance approvals, and compliance with operational standards.

Level of Authority

• Coordination with contractor and supplier

• Coordination with insurance partners

• Coordination with distributor, other branches and departments.

Qualifications – Essential

• Bachelors’ Degree of any 4-year Automotive Course or equivalent

• Familiar with body and paint business

• Familiar with paint, equipment and materials

• Familiar with government regulations

Work Experience

3-5 years’ experience in the same field

• Technical skills in paint and materials
