Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Brunch Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a friendly hospitality environment.

Whilst this is listed as full time, we’re looking for someone to work either 4 or 5 days per week.

As Brunch Chef, you will work closely with others to ensure the delivery of our high-quality brunch menu while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Your attitude, enthusiasm for food and eagerness to learn will be valued just as highly as your experience.

Responsibilities

All our brunch items are made from scratch, whilst full training will be provide, prior knowledge of food prep is essential

Your main role will be making live tickets to order, we are a busy cafe producing lots of food plates per day, so experience is a must.

You will be responsible for producing all items from our brunch menu.

Assisting the pastry chefs when required under their supervision (prior knowledge of pastry not essential) but a can do attitude is a must.

Adhering to our 5* Hygiene rating in all aspects of your work.

Maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards work and co Workers.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is essential; but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols

You must be available to work weekends, whilst we offer our fair share of weekends off, this will be factored into your working week.

Standard hours are 7am - 3.30pm 4/5 days per week.

Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
