Brunch Production Coordinator

Job Summary

Fiore Caffe Miami is seeking a Brunch Production Coordinator to support daily brunch preparation, kitchen production planning, and food service operations. This role helps coordinate ingredient preparation, organize production schedules, monitor food quality, maintain inventory levels, and communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure brunch orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily brunch preparation and kitchen production activities.
• Organize ingredient preparation and assign production tasks according to service needs.
• Monitor food preparation timelines to support timely order completion.
• Coordinate with chefs, cooks, and service staff to maintain efficient kitchen workflows.
• Check ingredients and prepared items for freshness, quality, and consistency.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ingredient replenishment needs.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing food supplies.
• Maintain accurate production notes, preparation lists, and inventory records.
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, food storage, and workplace safety procedures.
• Help identify production delays and communicate operational concerns to management.
• Support opening, closing, and routine kitchen preparation activities.
• Perform additional food production and coordination duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant kitchens, food preparation, catering, or food production is an asset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively with kitchen and service teams.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle food supplies safely.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with brunch, breakfast, café, or restaurant production.
• Knowledge of food preparation methods, portion control, and kitchen workflow.
