Bsc graduate trainee

shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences and meetings, and maintaining accurate records of their training progress. Trainees are expected to foster good relationships with colleagues, uphold the company’s reputation, and pass a competency test or evaluation at the end of the program. Requirements generally include a relevant bachelor’s degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude with a growth mindset. While previous work experience is not always necessary, strong research abilities and a willingness to learn aspects of the company outside one's department are highly valued.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
