Responsibilities Job Description

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the attending physician.
• Offer support during emergency situations, providing immediate and effective care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centric care and improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within the healthcare facility.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay updated with current nursing practices.
