1. As a BSS Solution Architect - Telecom B2B, you will:

• Design and govern end-to-end Telecom B2B Lead-to-Cash (L2C) solutions across Sales, Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription, and Billing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BSS solution architectures and technical designs.
• Design product catalogs, commercial offers, pricing, discounting, charging, and subscription models.
• Architect CPQ, quote-to-order, order orchestration, fulfillment, and billing processes.
• Define integrations across CRM, BSS, OSS, ERP, Billing, and provisioning systems using API-led and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and provide architecture governance and best-practice guidance.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of overall experience in Telecom BSS, Solution Architecture, Product Architecture, or Domain Architecture.
• Strong Telecom B2B experience across Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, and Billing.
• Expertise in either Salesforce Communications Cloud / Revenue Cloud OR Oracle Fusion Sales, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash, product lifecycle, pricing, charging, contracts, and billing.
• Experience with telecom products such as P2P Bandwidth, Dark Fiber, and Managed Fiber.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, Microservices, and API-led/event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to MuleSoft/WSO2/APISIX, Azure/AWS, and DevOps/CI-CD.

3. You Should Possess the Ability To:

• Design scalable and integrated Telecom B2B BSS architectures.
• Analyse business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Define product, commercial, CPQ, order, subscription, and billing architectures.
• Design integrations between BSS/OSS and enterprise systems.
• Apply TM Forum Open APIs and telecom industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams.
