Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Lead Consultant with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM best practices, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.

Preferred candidate profile

• Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Configure and maintain ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers.
• Troubleshoot discovery, integration, and CMDB data quality issues.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management processes.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of CI relationships, Discovery patterns, Identification & Reconciliation, and CSDM.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML,JavaScript, and web technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale CMDB implementations is highly preferred.
