Btl Executive

Role & responsibilities:

1. Strategic Brand Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and close co-branding, cross-promotional, and strategic partnership deals with aligned brands to expand reach and lower acquisition costs.
2. Events & Experiential Marketing: Plan, budget, and execute end-to-end corporate events, product launches, trade shows, and consumer expos.
3. BTL Campaign Execution: Design and deploy on-ground BTL activations including mall setups, society/RWA drives, corporate parks, and college campus activations.
4. Vendor & Agency Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with fabrication vendors, event agencies, sound/light operators, and staffing agencies to ensure seamless setup and ROI.
5. Team & Field Leadership: Hire, train, and manage promoters, brand ambassadors, and field teams for on-ground performance.
6. Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage the quarterly offline marketing budget, monitor campaign metrics (CPL, footfalls, conversions), and deliver post-event performance reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in BTL / Marketing or on-ground activations.
• Mandatory experience in Retail, FMCG, or any similar industries.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Working Days:

We follow a 5-day working week. However, during events or peak business periods, there may be occasions when weekend support is required. In such instances, the schedule will be planned in advance and discussed with your manager to ensure a smooth work-life balance.
