BTL Operation Manager

We are looking for an experienced BTL Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of BTL campaigns, activations and on-ground marketing programs.

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning & execution of BTL campaign
• Manpower planning, deployment & field team management
• Vendor coordination & negotiation
• Campaign logistics, route planning & on-ground execution
• Client coordination
• Field audits & quality control
• Campaign budget & cost management
• Daily MIS, execution reports & campaign closure reports
• Managing multiple campaigns across locations

• Strong BTL/Activation execution experienc
• eExcellent team & vendor management skill
• sStrong communication & problem-solving abilit
• yGood knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & MI
• SWillingness to travel extensivel
