- ดูแลและควบคุมการทำงานภายในร้านให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น มีคุณภาพ มาตราฐาน และประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งในด้านอาหาร การบริการ และการทำงานของพนักงาน เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจต่อลูกค้าสูงสุด
- จัดทำตารางการทำงาน บันทึกเวลา การปฏิบัติงาน และความประพฤติของพนักงานในสาขาที่รับผิดชอบ
- สรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานรายวันและรายเดือน เช่น ยอดขาย รายรับ รายจ่าย ผลการปฏิบัติงาน feedback ต่างๆจากลูกค้า สต็อกสินค้า เป็นต้น
- สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า โดยการดูแลการให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศ
- เสนอแนะแนวคิดในการพัฒนาเมนูหรือบริการใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- วางแผนและควบคุมการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นให้เพียงพอต่อการดำเนินงาน
- ต้อนรับและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า โดยเฉพาะลูกค้าระดับสูงหรือลูกค้าประจำ
- จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหา ข้อร้องเรียน หรือข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพและทันท่วงที
