Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and answer any questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
• Proven time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Experience in food preparation, serving, or food handling enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and managing transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards
