Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite tea flavors and toppings
• Prepare beverages accurately according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, for efficient transactions
• Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with precision and integrity
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all work areas, including food handling and preparation zones
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and reduce wait times
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or barista roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar point-of-sale technology
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
