Competitive Daily Pay | Substantial Pay Increases Based on Proven Competency and Performance

J-Bird's Tree Service is seeking an experienced, dependable Bucket Truck Operator to join our growing team.

We offer competitive per-day compensation with the opportunity for substantial increases in daily pay as individuals demonstrate their skills, reliability, efficiency, and overall value to our operations. Position Overview

This position involves bucket truck operation, tree trimming and removal, equipment operation, and ground work depending on the requirements of each job.

  • Bucket Truck Operation: Safely operate bucket trucks and perform aerial tree trimming, pruning, and removal work as needed.
  • Tree Removal Operations: Assist with various aspects of tree removal, including cutting, rigging, equipment operation, and job-site preparation.
  • Ground Operations: Assist with debris removal, equipment operation, and general job-site cleanup when not performing bucket truck work.

Regarding Ground Labor: J-Bird's Tree Service has invested in specialized equipment and developed an efficient debris removal system that significantly reduces the amount of strenuous manual labor commonly associated with tree service. While ground work is a required part of this position, our operational approach emphasizes efficiency and minimizing unnecessary physical exertion.
